- It is so true. Jeez. If every Amiga was so utterly different even the OS
- wouldn't work reliably across machines. Just because many demo coders break
- all sorts of rules doesn't mean that you can't do the same stuff safely.

- The card doesn't effect the custom gfx or sound registers. If a machine is
- network chain and it is say the one with the HD and you start a takeover
- the system of course it make the network fail. You don't even need to
- hit the registers, just shut off multi-tasking and the other machines
- won't be able to get their access. That is not failed program
- compatibility, but stupidly trying to use your Amiga for two utterly
- unreleated purposes at the same time. Come on, is a business network
- system really the place to be playing flashy realtime games. And your going to
- deny others the best quality games just so 5 of the millions of Amiga owners
- have to have all programs, no matter their purpose, always running at the same
- time under any circumstance?

- And it will work with expansion hardware. And obviously something that
- requires to take over the machine won't still be multi-tasking and running a
- network at the same time.
